Your confidential data (card number, expiry date) is transmitted after encryption directly to the Payplug server and is never transmitted to our server. The Payplug server is itself connected to the banks' servers in each country concerned.

When you pay with your bank card, the amount of your purchases is only debited when your order is dispatched. If an item is missing, it will be automatically deducted from your direct debit (In case of payment via Paypal, we refund the amount of the missing item)
